We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ko-ken USA purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that custom orders and final sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags and protective liners are intact to avoid any processing delays.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
